There are so many bad yoga videos on YouTube. Some are little more than ads and some are soft porn. Some are poor video or audio quality and some are instructed by non-qualified teachers and are, in some cases, dangerous. I’ve sorted through hundreds of videos, selecting and categorizing some of the best that I could find.
